6yThanks for providing a review - although I am sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. Regarding your comment about working through holidays - we as a company close during the Christmas/New Year period and all employees are on annual leave. The only exception to this is if a client has urgent delivery deadlines during this time and requests that employees work through - in this case it is always voluntary and employees are rewarded accordingly for working through this period. This is quite an exceptional circumstance and not something that happens very often.
At Riskcare, we are continually striving to preserve our non-political, respectful working environment - and recent staff engagement surveys suggest that over 90% of staff are extremely happy at work. Challenging projects do happen, but we work very hard to ensure our staff remain engaged, motivated and supported throughout - we certainly do not have a culture of blame and it is disappointing to hear that you felt this was the case. Riskcare continues to enjoy a solid reputation among our clients for delivering exceptional work, and our employees are the most valuable asset we have - so every effort is taken to ensure we maintain our culture of happy and engaged staff.
