Minpunten

CRO reviews hidden. A company devoid of integrity. There was a review on Glassdoor around bread and circuses feeding CRO following President club in Rome where CEO hosted event knowingly with a person who has a terrible reputation in the industry and left prior roles because of inappropriate behavior. This review was conveniently erased. How many more folk need to come forward?

Pluspunten

CS org combined with Renewals some time ago. Since then, the Customer Success leadership has put the team in a great position to succeed. Providing solid tools and direction, using metric-based approaches and not aimless goals (like having to hit a generic 'calls made' goal)

Minpunten

Upward movement career-wise can be a challenge

Pluspunten

The benefits are good and competitive. I’ve also been fortunate to work with a strong team that collaborates well, supports one another, and creates a positive day-to-day working environment.

Minpunten

Raises and promotions often appear to be influenced more by favoritism than performance. There can also be a noticeable divide between long-tenured employees from the legacy CA organization and newer hires. New employees are not always welcomed or integrated as well as they could be, which can make it difficult to feel included and advance within the company.
