- Get to work with big name publishers - Coworkers are pretty nice

- Very disorganized - company attempted to expand too quickly and didn't hire the people to accommodate the extra work, they just assigned current employees more tasks. People are stretched too thin, and it takes a very long time for anything to get completed (if it ever does get finished). - There was no onboarding or training (!!) - there's also no HR (!!!). - Too many high priority projects that are started and then never get completed. Lots of over-promising and under-delivering.

Flexibility of your schedule, no micromanaging.

There was no supervision, and warehouse employees were getting high on the job, coming and going as they pleased. The manager in charge of the warehouse did not have a backbone; we walked all over him. No one cared to do their job accurately. New ownership ran the company in the ground in 4 years due to mismanagement. It was a graveyard.
