Every one just look at the money and look at personal gain....attracts very low qualified individuals and certain nationalities such as Indians and Nepalese start dominating ... very bad considering they can not attract locals in Cayman because the leadership is not oriented towards and never have a plan to employ locals to follow local labour law and rather rely on uneducated people to make them work 12 hrs shifts

none really ... they just exploit you relying on you working average 60 + hrs a week and for people with no education and coming from other counties is good enough.... however working that hours if it was a good managemnet and leadership with education they should know better thst after certain hours your productivity, engagement and employee well bing and work life balance decrees... but here you go money only matters
