Small company, hires and retains great people. Supportive culture. Patient and community focused. Innovative yet old fashioned. Supports pharmacists to do patient care by hiring and training excellent support personnel (techs and management ) Dream job if you like community pharmacy practice.

Minpunten

Not really a con, but employees have had to adjust to substantial changes in culture related to rapid growth in past few years.

Vacation time and paid time off that I was able to get was good. I was an employee before all the HUGE MAJOR changes.

Minpunten

HUGE CHANGES! There is not ONE "Ritzman" still working for the company. As technicians they have 4 different levels. As pay goes its all over the board! The good technicians are not making what they should be. They are hiring people with no experience who do not care about patients AT ALL and they are make close to what the great technicians are.
