Ego preservation is the most important thing in the department - marketing leadership will put all upwards pressure onto team members. I could go on for hours. Marketing leadership at this company is some of the worst I've ever seen. Don't expect to learn. Don't expect to receive inputs for anything. Don't expect leadership to follow through on any committments. If you are in marketing and looking to land a role, I would not accept a role at Riva until marketing leadership changes.
