RiverPointe Surgery Center strives to offer the best atmosphere and care for our employees and patients. Training consists of a 90-day orientation period. All new hires familiarize themselves with our Policies, Procedures, and Emergency Operation Plan. Each new employee then completes a series of online courses with quizzes reviewing different topics, such as Ergonomics, Infection Control, HIPAA, etc. After that, job specific orientation starts which typically last for three (3) months overseen by the employee's direct supervisor.
