For past few years (3-4) there is nothing that can be reported as Positive
Minpunten
Managers/Directors/VP's keep on lying and promising but will never follow-through. One can put heart/soul in to all the efforts but rewards are very minimal. Only the upper echelon (Directors/VP's and higher ups_) are significantly rewarded. Even though I was rated to be one of the significant contributor, only received on an average 1.5% annual pay adjustment - even less than COLA. Pitiful
