If you aren’t black then you better go back. Racist facility, they hired felons. No teamwork, everyone is miserable. Lots of favoritism of the nursing supervisor and management. Managers are physical therapists, it’s a broken system. If you are desperate for a job, work here and get the experience and leave.

Honestly the only good part was my coworkers, you’ll meet some pretty nice people here

Management is no support, constantly short staffed, they will take you off your unit in the middle of your shift and put you on an even short staffed unit, sometimes it’ll just be one tech for 25 patients and management will not come and help. Place will set you up for stress and failure!!!!
