Employees with couple of years lifted heavy weight to build what is currently standing on the vehicles and the company by working around the clock from their house during covid, new people come and complain about the "mess" they find and take all the credit for the work of few. There is a huge sense of pride and some managers are not humble at all and make their ways up in the orgchart by removing human obstacles out of their way....
