All good reviews are fake here, they are posted by HRs. HRs asks employees as well to give 5 star on glassdoor. The only pro is that you can do nothing and still convince people you did a lot because no one knows anything here. If you want to get "DIRECTOR" tag as soon as you graduate, you can join this company. They might make you a CEO after one year. Such has been the designations here.
Minpunten
1. You might get FIRED the day you join. The criteria would be how much leaves you take despite advertising unlimited leaves all the time. 2. Be ready to be led by your juniors who became leads by being in close touch with founders all the time 3. It's a complete chaos, founders have no idea what they are doing. 4. There's no higher management or anything of that sorts here. You won't find anyone here who is more than 4-5 years experienced. 5. No one to learn from. Freshers are made LEADS here and if you are 1-2 years experienced, you will straight away become the DIRECTOR.
