Super nice colleagues and location, good equipment

No training at all. Everyone too busy to help or teach a new colleague. A lot of employees close to burn out.

It’s possible to make a tangible impact quickly. - Dedicated and loyal teams – many people genuinely care about the company and the work they do. - Accessible leadership – the Board and MT are approachable, pragmatic, and down-to-earth, with very little ego involved. - High trust environment – individuals are given ownership and space to innovate. - Strong social culture – it’s easy to connect with colleagues and the company organizes social events like ski trips and parties.

Minpunten
