I worked at RoadOne IntermodaLogistics for a while and overall had a really good experience. The job kept me busy and I learned a lot about transportation, dispatching, and how logistics operations actually work day to day. My coworkers were easy to work with and management in our terminal treated people fairly if you did your job well.

Busy days can get hectic sometimes.

It's a decent place to build experience and learn how the industry works.

Things move fast and there's always something going wrong that needs immediate attention. A lot of the stress comes from dealing with issues you have no control over, but you're still expected to have answers. Communication between teams could be much better, and it often feels like everyone is stretched too thin. After a while, the workload and constant pressure can wear you out.
