Salários baixos comparados a outras empresas. Enquanto funcionários de baixo trabalham exaustivamente, a gerência permanece com regalias como carro, gasolina e cartões corporativos pagos pela empresa que no mundo atual já não fazem mais sentido, principalmente em relação ao momento complicado em relação à economia. Se é necessário ser feito algum corte sempre afeta os funcionários e não a gerência.

Benefits - Very competitive, some of the best I've ever had. Pay - Spec Techs top out in the lower 40's. The pay is competitive for sure. Overtime - There is a ton of OT available if you want it. I am averaging over 400 hours a year. Upper Management - The Plant Management is amazing. Anytime I have had an issue make it's way up to them, only twice, it was resolved in a matter of days.

Middle Management - Way too many "trying to move uppers", willing to do ANYTHING to do so.
