- Very strong compensation and benefits (breakfast, lunch, health insurance, Caltrain, retirement) - Get to work with many smart people across engineering and xfn roles - Most teams are collaborative, have good wlb, and have above average frontline management

Minpunten

- Turbulent stock makes predicting true compensation difficult - Team transfer process is difficult and choices are artificially constrained - Promotions have gotten much more difficult in the past 2 years - Upper management is full of bad ideas that must be prioritized over the good work that teams are already doing

Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

Minpunten

Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
