Management humiliates, demeans, condescends its staff on a daily basis in front of colleagues and artists. Inexperienced and junior family and friends of executive leadership informally run various teams and get perks and gifts that you’ll probably need to facilitate or arrange for them. HR has very high turnover and they all come in excited to work at an iconic company like everyone else but quickly leave (within weeks) when they see how poorly people are treated.
