Management, Little to none growth possibilities, Work until burnout, No recognition, Management does not like outspoken (but polite) employees, Company preaches Ethical behavior, however Management's behavior is unethical, No higher pay no matter the personal achievements, Conflicting KPIs in the same department, Poor care for employees. Extreme focus on KPI.

Pluspunten

Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

Minpunten

Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
