DEI and employee policies are very dependent on your management. The top management in every region is full of middle aged white males. DEI is all talk, no real opportunities for diverse people, token only. Same people in upper management - keep reshuffling into different roles or getting promoted. This year there is no bonus and no increment, even though the company performed decently last year. The brunt of bad executive level decisions is being forced upon all employees. Many acquisitions over the past few years that has not only diluted the core function and business structure but also they have no idea how to integrate these new acquisitions, so everyone works in silos. Poor communication from top management to all employees. Lack of empathy is shocking.
