Minpunten
The leadership culture within the London/Gloucester region was among the poorest I’ve experienced in a lead role. Management lack professionalism, transparency, and people-management skills, major clique in the area where strong individuals are pushed out. Staff who raised grievances or challenged decisions often felt pushed aside rather than supported, which contributed to the seriously low morale. Many employees felt that if they did not fit the preferred “type” or didn’t follow direction, their position became difficult. Communication between leadership and practice teams was extremely one-sided, with little consideration given to those actually working in practice, leaving staff feeling undervalued. Overall, I found the workplace culture to be toxic, unsupportive, and heavily driven by internal politics rather than staff wellbeing or professional development. If you’re a private dentist looking for work I would avoid as the diary is constantly empty, whitespace is getting worse and worse.
