5yI strongly suggest you connect with your fleet manager or fleet operations manager to discuss the issues you’ve raised. Without going overboard, some of your comments don’t make a lot of sense. For example, your comments about safety and about our maintenance really don’t make sense. We’ve provided masks and hand sanitizer to our driving teammates to address COVID-19 concerns, and if a driver doesn’t feel it’s safe to drive, we back them. With regards to maintenance support - we measure our downtime in hours, while other companies measure that in days. Again, I encourage you to work with your leaders to develop a plan for your success.
