      Pluspunten

      I really like that Roeslein lives by its ethos—you can see it in how decisions are made, which is super refreshing. The people here are awesome, and there’s a real team vibe. The ESOP makes me feel like I’m part of something bigger, and the company magazine is a nice touch that keeps everyone connected and proud of what we’re doing. If you work in the office, there’s also good flexibility for handling personal stuff, which definitely helps.

      Minpunten

      There’s not a hybrid work option for everyone, and it isn’t always applied consistently. The last couple of years were a bit challenging, but work is really picking up now. Overall, it’s a great place to work, and I don’t have any other real cons.

      Pluspunten

      -Somewhat decent pay for some departments (except for engineers, they are WAY underpaid compared to industry standards) -Founder is a great guy and genuinely cares about his mission

      Minpunten

      -LOTS of favoritism here and nepotism -If someone higher up in the chain has a relative who wants your job, you will be fired, so it is given to them -Have done several rounds of layoffs and randomly fire people in waves. I have known several people who were fired solely due to budget issues, with no real performance-related reasons -You are expected to 'wear many hats' and this means being available 24/7 and doing way more than your job description and role, without any added pay -Overall, pretty toxic environment. You can't be yourself, and you will be overworked
