      Pluspunten

      The plant is close to home for many making commutes short. Pay is below union wages but decent compared to other non degree requiring jobs.

      Minpunten

      Local leadership is cynical. While the company used to have a heart warming sense to it, it’s seen to have gone down hill since the former CEO stepped away. The company seems to primarily care about profit and revenue. HR never acts on complaints regarding race.

      -Somewhat decent pay for some departments (except for engineers, they are WAY underpaid compared to industry standards) -Founder is a great guy and genuinely cares about his mission

      Minpunten

      -LOTS of favoritism here and nepotism -If someone higher up in the chain has a relative who wants your job, you will be fired, so it is given to them -Have done several rounds of layoffs and randomly fire people in waves. I have known several people who were fired solely due to budget issues, with no real performance-related reasons -You are expected to 'wear many hats' and this means being available 24/7 and doing way more than your job description and role, without any added pay -Overall, pretty toxic environment. You can't be yourself, and you will be overworked
