Nice office, good free food There are *constant* re-orgs, and turnover driven by the re-orgs and terminations. Many people who joined at the same time as me about a year ago are no longer at the company. Many people don't make it to 1 year, consider this very distinct reality when you are weighing your comp package if given an offer; the 1 year cliff at Rokt is more like a 5 year cliff given how many people do not make it to 1 year.
