The ‘people first’ culture is smoke and mirrors and strategic marketing, don’t believe it. People work like dogs (12+ hour days) and are hardly compensated or even recognized for the amount of blood, sweat, and literal tears they pour into this company regularly. The CEO is overeagerly rushing people back into the office (mandatory 5 days with no flexibility starting in August) likely due to the fact that he wants the atmosphere of the office to distract people from the toxicity. The people at this company are fantastic (again, excluding exco) but it’s not worth it. The CEO and his wife are controlling and hypocritical. The lack of communication is abysmal. You’ll be encouraged to speak up in meetings and then sternly corrected when you do. They preach learning from failures but fire people weekly and if you disagree with what the CEO or CCO think your days are numbered.
You’re better off unemployed.
