Une belle entreprise où commencer sa carrière, principalement pour les personnes que vous y rencontrerez. Des personnes motivées, intelligentes qui manient aussi bien les Excels que l'humour. Une génération actuelle de managers qui a été très bien formée et qui formera les juniors consultants avec rigueur et bienveillance. Très bonne ambiance de travail. Le rythme vie pro/perso est en ligne avec celui global de l'industrie

Minpunten

Une communication souvent mal menée et pas assez transparente par la leadership team Des salaires un peu moins bons qu'en MBB au niveau des grades plus seniors

Promotion cycle can be slower than some peer companies (RB does not have a strong up or out model, which helps some people and hurts others)
