Very toxic leadership from the Board to Senior staff. No real guidance on job duties to staff except negative ratings when mistake is made. Seems the current leadership is trying to recreate the olden times an erase any sense of diversity in the workforce unless you are a white woman that is raised in the all-white Baltimore private school environment. Senior Staff treat the support employees with disdain like they are servants.
