Never without a problem to solve

Utterly miserable place to work. Financial problems are obvious. Incompetence evident at every single turn.

There isn’t one pro I can think of.

Poor management. No training matrix. No supervision for newcomers. No direction from managers. Under constant fire from managers. Expected to do things you haven’t been taught. No time to stop for a full break. No teamwork. Unhappy staff, unhappier managers. High levels of stress, everyone’s shouting at each other. Stock levels are a lie, they never reflect discrepancies because they can’t handle questions from management over lost or damaged goods. Unhygienic, filthy toilets and rest area. No stationary. No info boards. Nothing explaining the operations to help understand the bigger picture. No organisation. Never finish work on time. Some staff only want to see you fail to further solidify their position within the company as an asset of know how.
