Pluspunten
I can honestly say without exaggerating there are no pro’s to this company.
Minpunten
While selling for this company, I notice many dishonest practices. You are a 1099 independent contractor, however they will treat you as an employee, and let you know your pay is contingent on the amount of time you spend on the doors, not the amount of sales that you have. The numbers they showed during the interviewing process were not accurate, or representative of the AO that we were to be selling in. During the summer, we started out with 28 sales reps on the team and by the end of the summer there were roughly 6 or 7 reps remaining. Over a 66% attrition rate due to the fact we were promise 60k in a summer, however we’re lucky if we got a paycheck that was over 200$. Post summer: the company was very deceptive about the amount of customers that had canceled, determining how much you got paid on the first backend. Most reps took it with a grain of salt and moved on. When it came time to get paid on the final back end in February, no one was paid accurately based off of the accounts that they sold. When the math was done, everyone was paid at the minimum, 60% less than what they were supposed to. The only individuals that got paid were the ones who threatened to sue. No one knows why they weren’t paid. Highly recommend looking else where for sales related jobs.
