Minpunten
My experience at this company has been less than satisfactory on multiple fronts. The management, to put it bluntly, is in shambles, with decision-making falling into the hands of someone who clearly isn't doing a competent job. The benefits package is lackluster at best, offering nothing more than a meager 'lunch refund' which only applies if you dine out – supermarket shoppers are out of luck. There's no support for personal or professional growth, as there are no bonuses for courses or books, and leaders constantly push you to learn more, even when you're already tied up in a full-time project. The company's initiatives often lack a clear direction, leading to frustration and disappointment. Despite their claims to prioritize mental health, the support offered in times of trouble, whether project-related or personal, is virtually non-existent. It's disheartening that the company seems to put aside employees' concerns and resorts to gaslighting, making us question the validity of our own experiences. This toxic environment encourages employee turnover and internal projects are often chaotic, negatively impacting mental health and overall job satisfaction. The starting salary is abysmally low, making it nearly impossible to afford basic living expenses. Even if your performance review is stellar, don't expect a raise. Expressing concerns about project issues to your leader is a fruitless endeavor, as they tend to add more meetings to discuss problems without taking meaningful action. Needless to say, there's an abundance of superfluous meetings, like the infamous 'all hands,' which most employees hardly pay attention to. In summary, my time at this company has been marked by poor management, lackluster benefits, a dismissive approach to employee concerns, and a frustrating emphasis on additional learning while overlooking critical problems within the organization.
