I am not a diagrunted employee. I'm trying to inform personnel looking to work here. Everything besides the discount is terrible. The "managers" don't manage at all. One sits at his desk all day, punches some numbers, and watches videos on his phone for the rest of the day, all while yelling at people for not doing their jobs correctly. He also has a terrible attitude towards employees and customers alike. The other manager is on a power trip. Even when everything is the way to make an employees day harder by having them do things which she should be doing herself. The managers don't show you how to do anything, but then turn around and yell at you for not knowing how to do something, like you're magically supposed to have acquired this knowledge somehow. Both managers talk behind everybody's backs but never to the person themselves. Most of the employees are miserable and that stems from bad management which the owner refuses to do anything about. Job titles mean nothing. If you're a sales person, you're not a sales person. Your job is to relentlessly bring forward the hundreds of plants delivered which the management berates you about, which leaves no time to deal with customers. Being severely understaffed doesn't help, and that again is because the hiring manager doesn't do her job. There are hundreds of application and zero call backs. This is not a place of learning either, because if you take the time to try to learn something, you get yelled at for not doing your job. Let's not talking about the 6 days a week 10 hour shifts 6 months out of the year. They run you in the ground and then give you grief when you ask for a day off. 0/10 would not recommend working here.
