Everything.. they went downhill after Covid and treat people who have been loyal and stuck with them like garbage. This is not a place where you matter or like family as they claim. Employees hate working there but stay for the money. The raises are so uneven that people working a year and know nothing but sucked up enough get huge raises so they make as much as the highest paid and most knowledgeable employees who have been there years. They are aware of this and do nothing to fix it. Huge lack of professionalism and respect from night shift management. Sitting in meetings for literally hours where they are unreachable. You can’t ask a supervisor any questions regarding production because they have no experience working on the floor so they tell you to ask an operator only for you both to get scolded for talking unless you are one of their buddies. This place USED to be pretty great but it turned into an absolutely horrible place after management changes.The turnover rate is so bad they lost more people than they hired one year.
