The experience of watching a company hold your own Aadhaar-registered SIM hostage while calling it a "company asset" will make you a far sharper professional. Truly, no MBA teaches you what Rostrum's exit process will.

This company will smile at you, promote you, and the moment you resign, treat you like a liability to be managed rather than a person to be respected. They will miss every deadline they commit to, contradict themselves in the same email thread, and then act confused when you follow up. They will document your designation incorrectly, pay you late, withhold your experience letter for weeks, lie in writing about destroying a company asset, and then ask you to be professional about it. The financial stress, the mental toll, and the job opportunities lost because of their deliberate delays are real consequences that nobody in that HR team will ever acknowledge or apologise for. They've done this before. They'll do it again.

We appreciate all genuine employee feedback and always strive to do better. However, we have an obligation to our current team, future candidates, and the public to set the record straight on what is a factually incorrect and misleading account. This review was published within days of us declining a request to issue a Letter of Recommendation bearing a fabricated designation. The reviewer's final official designation — communicated in writing and documented in all HR records — was Digital Marketing Manager, effective 1st September 2025. He repeatedly demanded that we issue documents reflecting "Creative Strategist," a previous interim title he held before his promotion. Issuing documents with an incorrect designation would constitute falsification of official employment records. We refused to do so. This review followed shortly after that refusal. On the Full & Final settlement: The FNF amount of INR 68,304 was credited in full to the reviewer's bank account. His salary was never withheld. What caused the delay was entirely within his control. Our exit policy — clearly communicated in writing — requires the return of all company assets before FNF and documents are released. We made multiple documented attempts to contact the reviewer on 4th and 5th March 2026 via calls, text messages, and emails, and followed up again on 17th March. He was unresponsive for weeks. Within days of receiving the company asset on 1st April, we processed and issued all his documents and transferred his full settlement. The delay he describes was a direct consequence of his own non-responsiveness — not company negligence. On the SIM card: It was a company-issued asset used for corporate purposes, as evidenced by reimbursement records throughout his tenure. Requesting its return as part of standard exit clearance is entirely normal and lawful practice. On designations and documentation: Every document issued to the reviewer accurately reflects his official designation. We promoted him twice during his tenure and recognised his contributions. We will not, however, issue documents that misrepresent official records at any employee's request — that is not something any responsible employer should do. We wish the reviewer well. But we will not allow a factually false narrative — driven by frustration at a legitimate refusal — to go unchallenged. Prospective employees deserve the full picture.

Co founder~ who treat people like no one other in the whole world would have ever done, mocking them about their personal family backgrounds, holding grudges like cheap adolescent teenage girls against employees and mocking again and again for the work that is not even the particular person area of work , doesn't even have a sense of respect for people, judges peple on their background and gives them this atitude that clearly says he's a rich kid with issues and grumpiness. A kid who doesn't know what respect is !!
