Its been almost 2 years since i started working in rotech info systems pvt ltd and i had some great learning. It has a very good training faculty which is indeed a positive to their employees. Work environment is excellent. Mangers try to help us with whatever extent possible

Salary structure and annual hike is one of the worst in the IT industry. Lot of unnecessary policies like 9 hours + 7 Hours mandatory. Notice period is for 3 months and without buy back or early release

Hi I joined in Rotech Info Systems before 15 months and I started my carrier their now I got an offer fromAccenture and I'm shifting thier...I learnt all my technical skills knowledge thier it self...here there will be lot of positives nd negatives for any companies but I found lot of positive attitude from all here..but I will suggest u all dnt bother abt negative feedback. ...y bcoz if thier is negative no one can…

Their is nothing downsides in this company to share bcoz they provided carrier to us nd for many more persons also
