When you say that the support staff is lean, are you referring to the corporate staff that is supposed to be available and ready to support your team as you conduct your business? or are you referring to support staff inside your branch? (which branches do not hire until they are profitable and can invest into hiring support employees). We recently implemented a structured manager learning path over the summer and have since been implementing it. But we would like more input on your comment...are you referring to branch managers? or Team Leads? or? We would love to hear whether it is your own personal experience and you felt you weren't provided the training you needed, or if you report to someone who was promoted and you felt they needed more guidance and training?
