Reactie van Roth Staffing
12yRoth Staffing Companies has never requested employees to write a positive review. We have absolutely no way of knowing who has written a review on the Glassdoor site ... this is validated by the fact that you felt comfortable submitting an anonymous review knowing your identity would be protected. Therefore, there is no possible way for us to "reward" employees for posting "positive" reviews. The only communication Roth Staffing has sent out to coworkers is that we would like for the majority of comments about our company on Glassdoor to be from current employees - good or bad. People want to read reviews from current coworkers moreso than former coworkers. We have encouraged coworkers to submit reviews and specifically indicated that we expected to see both the good and the bad since Glassdoor asks for a Pro and Con. Glassdoor has contacted our company and encouraged us to send emails to coworkers letting them know that Glassdoor is a great place to share what it's like to work at our company and we have tried to follow their advice by offering our employees this online platform for discussion.
We do genuinely appreciate your feedback and it is so valuable to see your uncensored comments about your coworker experience. We promise to do our best to make this the very best place to work for every coworker in the Midwest and nationwide.
