One of the best reasons to work at Rotunda Software is to be a part of a company that truly cares about helping their customers. The focus is on building relationships and keeping a list of feature requests so that the products are continually updated based on the needs of the users. Employees are encouraged to contribute to weekly discussions where ideas, opinions and best practices are shared and acted upon. Check ins with management are scheduled throughout the year so that an employee feels encouraged and supported. Travel is arranged so that remote employees can come together for company meetings and fellowship. Communication between all employees is encouraged on a daily basis through use of technology that allows us to say Good Morning, How is your day going, share positive quotes from our customers, and chat about our weekend plans so that we feel connected to our fellow employees even though we work in several different time zones. Can't say enough about how much fun I am having working at Rotunda Software!
