The company’s ethos and operational principles remain intact, even as the organisation has expanded and taken on more complex programmes. The environment is fast, transparent, and geared toward execution, which enables teams to move decisively and deliver impactful work. The talent density is high: people are highly capable, passionate, and aligned around outcomes rather than hierarchy. It is a demanding but meaningful place to work and the company strategy and vision for the future is ambitious, but based on a strong delivery track record and great cusutomer relationships.

The pace and level of autonomy can be challenging for individuals who prefer more structure or predictability. It is not a passive environment and won’t suit those looking for rigid processes or narrowly defined roles.
