bullying is rife from long term employees, but managers won't sort them out due to lack of skilled workers.

Health & safety is border line criminal.
Office staff vs shop floor divide is huge.
Very out dated processes, tools/ machinery.
Poor pay for what you are producing.
Skill point pay system doesn't work.
One of the worst Jobs I've ever had.
