Huge company with amount of proficient developers who you can ask for some advices; Ability to see and show others the results of your work (most of ukrainians use Rozetka at least sometimes) The salary was fine, bit higher than a market;

Poor hardware support (they give you a very old and "tired" extra monitor, mouse, try not to give laptop, chip desk and chair etc.) Bureaucracy... There are so many managers and all they want to control the process, they arrange meetings, demos, discussions. Some days I as frontend developer had 4 meetings for 2.5-3 hours in total and lacked of time to code.
