Minpunten
The pay was extraordinarily low for such a large tech firm, and the CEO as well as management was completely unorganized, showed obvious bias towards various departments, and would micromanage like crazy. We would literally have daily and weekly meetings to go over various plans and agendas, just to be scrapped the next day because the CEO suddenly changed their minds. Absolutely no direction, continuity, followthrough, or support coming from the management or executive teams.
