Lack of career growth-you will work on H-shaped Hospitals and room data sheets.They will pigeonhole you until you have no will to continue with architecture.You will not progress in your position especially if you are female.You will be paid lower than your male counterparts.The guys in charge one being an oppressor name rhymes with Foul hell leave a lasting impression on you.Not a very impressionable one I might add but anyways. And people here compete a lot with each other.They could even find a competitive edge against the cleaner (no jokes)that's how ridiculously brutal it is. The rendering guy who takes a lot of smoke breaks another strange fella to look out for.
