We strive to provide employees with a balanced workday and leverage technology to ensure breaks are allocated adequately throughout their shifts. In addition to scheduled breaks, our adherence expectations allow for unexpected personal matters that may arise throughout the day. Employees have an additional twenty-eight minutes on a standard eight-hour shift that they can leverage as needed. Our leadership team values 360-degree feedback and provides numerous voice-of-the-employee channels, such as our Ask Me Anything forum and Office Hours, available with all department leaders. As a current employee, we would love the opportunity to hear your feedback. To facilitate feedback loops, we have a transparent reporting structure available via Ruby Life that can be leveraged to determine the best leader to meet with. We encourage you to contact a leader of your choice to discuss your feedback further.

We work hard to foster a culture where employees can learn, grow, and contribute creative ideas to improve both performance and the client experience. We also understand your comments regarding the challenges of supporting sensitive call types and navigating those conversations. Some of the callers we assist are navigating difficult personal situations, and those interactions can be emotionally demanding. While this work provides an opportunity to make a meaningful difference for people seeking help, it is not the right fit for everyone. We strive to provide the training, coaching and support to help our team members navigate these conversations professionally and confidently.
