Strong systems in place to work virtually; smart, focused, caring, honest, high end/substantial people run the firm. Had tremendous support in my two years at Rudish both from a leadership perspective and from an admin perspective. Generous/unpetty, open to looking at everything from the employee's perspective to "make it all work"
