The marketing team controls the entire office, especially individuals like "Doreamon." While I've never had a personal issue with anyone, there's a clear sense of insecurity within the company, and no one seems to be given the opportunity to grow. Internal politics are rampant, and self-respect appears to be nonexistent. If you're willing to sacrifice your dignity and work like a laborer, this office might be for you. The creative team is treated as expendable, and constant clashes between departments like 901 and 902 create a toxic atmosphere. What's worse, the HR and marketing managers constantly review our work, pointing out mistakes that aren't even their responsibility. They tend to focus solely on our flaws, even when the errors aren't ours. This is the reality at Rudralife.
