Not one but 5 1. They explain something during joining and add more to your responsibilities and deliverables after joining 2. They can kick you out of the company without any proper exit formality or reason according to their wish 3. NO JOB SECURITY WITH THIS COMPANY 4. Their packages doesn't depend on capabilities, it depends on whether they like you personally or not 5. You might be doing 200% of the work in company but someone else in the same role who is doing their 50% of work will be having almost 100% more CTC than yours

Being an early stage startup that we are, we take pride in 1) ZERO attrition in tech and related verticals 2) 12.5% quarterly attrition in sales vertical, way lower than industry avg. of 35% 3) Finding alternate relevant roles for non performing sales members based on their interest & competency Agree, we are far from being the best organization to work, however our sincere and honest effort is to be one amongst the best, and we are working towards the same. Startups have an inherent hustle work environment specially in the business roles, some may find it misfit to their likings, hence unhappy.
