Working at this company, I observed a significant lack of teamwork and support. Despite promoting values like “we care about people,” the reality felt quite different. Many employees seemed overworked and burned out, which created a tense atmosphere. Unfortunately, I also noticed behavior like favoritism and workplace politics, which made it difficult for anyone who values a collaborative and positive work environment to thrive. The company’s hiring practices also raised concerns, as it seemed they focused on employing students or foreigners primarily to take advantage of government subsidies for wages. In some cases, employees appeared to be hired temporarily for specific tasks and then let go without clear explanations, making it feel like people were being used rather than valued. While there are perks like food in the kitchen, these small benefits don’t make up for the underlying issues. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to those looking for a supportive and ethical workplace.
