+ Horrible benefits: Six weeks max minimum maternity leave, and if you take maternity leave, your PTO gets taken away that year. Most employees get a maximum of 10 PTO days a year. If you ever need to take unpaid time off, you will not be allowed, and god forbid, your family goes through difficult times before your first 12 months of employment, you won't be allowed to take Short term unpaid leave. + Horrible Communication/ Lack of Clarity: It's like trying to hit a moving target—constant lack of clarity around projects. Managers regularly change requirements for deliverables after content delivery and after content has gone live. Different employees also often receiving different messages and guidelines on deliverables. When you ask for clarity you are met with passive-aggressive communication. + Toxic Blame Culture: It’s this generational hierarchy of bad bosses. Senior leaders and managers will approve content and later throw you under the bus in front of brand teams when something goes wrong. + Lack of Diversity: Most leaders are men.
