Lots of freedom and ability to set my own schedule. Great benefits and travel perks. Amazing people. Our mission is top notch. What we do is so meaningful. Doing it with friendly coworkers makes it even better.

Minpunten

The pay could be better. The company can be a little scattered at times. Clearer communications and better planning would be much appreciated.

I built great friendships with people at Rustic Pathways. There are always people and teams you can get along with and have a good work/life balance. Fun to travel with your friends at work. Great fast paced culture. People care a lot about our students and our impact

Base salary was low when I started, but its getting better now.

Pay is low, but they made up for it with the most fun job ever, making real impact on students, and great colleagues and lots of travel to unique places.
