Management would like to respond to this review as it is very misleading about the Company and culture at Rutledge AV. The reviewer appears to be someone who may feel that the Company wasn’t able to provide them with everything they wanted to meet their own and very specific needs. A significant amount of time and effort is invested into understanding what our staff are thinking and feeling about their experience at Rutledge AV and how we can continuously improve the work environment to support everyone’s well-being. We have a very low staff turnover rate which is well under the average for Australia. The business values and holds in high regard the expertise of all our staff. Many staff have been with the Company for 10, 15, and 20 + years which is testimony to the owners and management providing a great place to work made up of a culture of people working together and sharing the same goals. The owners and management care about all the staff and appreciate their contribution recognizing what each individual brings to the business. We conduct regular staff surveys and take into account the input and suggestions we receive. We have had excellent feedback and data from our employee engagement survey has shown overall 94% of employees are happy with their experience at Rutledge AV. Some of our benefits include service recognition programs, flexible arrangements, staff bonuses, training and development and many other benefits that take into consideration individual needs.
