Trying to become more employee focused for front line workers, things like employee bbqs etc.... Everyday is different. Due to amount of work the days and weeks and years fly off the page.

Everyday, you have to do more with less. Upper managers who grew with the company got to their roles by being 'yes' men and women. If you can say yes and work 40, 45, then 50 and then 55 and then 60 hours in a week you will get promoted.
